Your builds and imported images are processed in your browser. Here is what this version stores and shares.
What stays on your device
Builds saved in My builds, drafts, search choices and appearance settings are stored in this browser. They are not automatically uploaded to an Abacus Hoops account or cloud library. A different browser, device or website address has separate storage.
Screenshot reading and build calculations run on your device. Choosing an image does not send its contents to us. The browser downloads the reader and calculation files needed to do the work; it may cache those files locally.
What the hosting service receives
The hosting service receives ordinary network information needed to deliver and secure the website, such as your IP address, browser information, requested URLs and request times. Service dashboards can show traffic and errors. We have not added advertising or product-analytics scripts.
Sharing a build or contacting support
Sharing is your choice. An Abacus Hoops build image contains saved build information, including body settings, ratings and saved plans, so a recipient can reopen it. Anyone you send the image to can read that build data.
If you email support, the email service and support inbox receive your address, message and any attachments. We use these to respond and investigate the issue. Email correspondence can remain in the support mailbox; do not send passwords, payment details or other sensitive information.
Your choices
Save a build image before clearing website data or changing devices or addresses. Deleting a build moves it to Trash; clearing site data in your browser removes that browser’s local website records. Your own downloaded images and emails remain wherever you saved or sent them.
This version has no customer sign-in, payments, advertising or cloud build backup. This notice will be updated when the site’s data practices change. The revision date appears above.
Questions and support
Email support@abacushoops.com with questions, accessibility issues or a problem with a build. Include only the information you want to send; crop account names and personal details from screenshots.
